Add Tooltips to Display Full Names for Related Items with Truncated Titles

In the current setup, when a related item has a lengthy title, only the first ~22 characters are displayed, followed by “…” to indicate truncation. This is particularly challenging when multiple related items share a similar naming structure; often, the first ~22 characters are identical, making it difficult to distinguish between entries.
Suggested Improvement:
To improve usability, please consider adding hover-over tooltips for any truncated text. This would allow users to view the full title when hovering over the item, particularly in the related items section and wherever else this truncation occurs. Adding this feature would significantly enhance the ease of identifying items at a glance without needing to open each one individually.

This is good progress!
I can confirm that tooltips are working in Safari on Mac.
Where they are not working however are:
Mac - Chrome
Mac - Edge
Mac - Firefox
Win11 - Edge
In all cases an empty cache and hard refresh was performed.
So it looks like that, however the tooltips are currently implemented, they are working on Webkit, but not Chromium or Gecko -based browsers.

I got frustrated with this and created a bodge fix using css that forces it to overflow but then causes text to marquee scroll after hovering for a second, its not perfect because it applies to activity feed as well but maybe someone else or the hudu team can improve it, without being able to modify HTML its been hard to fix this any further.

Minimum requirement: add full names for everything to the 'title' HTML attribute.
There are still some elements which pull truncated data directly from the server which is terrible, but at least the sidebar and main titles I can fix with CSS..

Under related items should be able to hover over anything listed and attached to the item and see the full title. Have to click into each one and then go back where you started to the see what is attached now.

Even if the file name has two lines and enabled wrap around, it would be easier to manage the files.
