Other file type in the Files section (docx, xlsx, images, etc.) let you right-click and get a "Copy link address" option, since they render as normal link elements. PDFs don't get this option. This means there's no way to grab a stable link to a PDF attachment to paste into an article body, unlike every other supported file type.
