Please allow an option to disable the banner "Article from Hudu....". This obstructs article contents, and causes all article descriptions to become "Article from Hudu...".

100% agree.
We allow our clients to see their KB articles within Halo via the Client portal. I would prefer to move all articles to Hudu for obvious reasons, we cannot as the massive banner it visible. This also impacts sending the article via PDF in Halo.
Two alternatives.
1) Move the banner to the Internal Notes section, this would make it visible to only our Agents.
2) Simple option to disable this completely.

Agreed. The takeover of the article description showing "article from hudu" is very disruptive and negates the value of the field.

A practical quick fix would be to limit the description to the "title" of the note that reads "Article from Hudu". That would still eat into the description space but not take it over. It seems like being able to parse just the title vs the entire note should be very doable.
