Can we just make custom fields for Company info? This Type field drives me nuts. We had used it for describing the customer's business vertical, but then my business partner was using it for something totally different, using it to store the type of top level service they got from us. Our business has more lines than just IT MSP. having customizable fields for drop down lists and more client info would be helpful!
