The loss of being able to adapt active processes (now runs) s a significant step backwards in our ability to adapt a process that changes during the process, e.g. we need to add additional steps that come to light to a run that is active for weeks when new information comes to light. Runs have been created for a narrow set of use cases that have effectively made them unworkable for others. The excuse from Hudu about 'accountability' is not relevant for a process that needs to adapt.
