Restrict Asset Fields in Customer Portal

The custome rportal is great, but sharing all info on assets is not ideal, when creating asset fields can we have a button to "Show in Customer Portal" we dont use this feature as there is information like passwords, private notes that we dont want our customers to see, be default i think all fields should be hidden from the customer field and we selecta button to show it, like the required field and show it item list buttons

Hide Record Fields When Sharing Items(Of any type) To External Portal

Being able to hide specific passwords, assets, or other fields when sharing records through the External Portal would be very useful — especially in cases where we do not want to expose certain details, such as an IP address or an internal notes field on a password entry.

You should be able to do this for specific assets(add a bulk option) or an entire asset layout.

Restrict Field from customer (or user)

We have a few assets that I want to start sharing in the portal with clients, however, there are a few fields I want to hide.
I started thinking it would be good if we can get an option saying "Visible in portal" on the asset configuration, however, whilst I don't personally need it now, it could be even better to configure the security of the field to use groups with "customer portal" simply as an option.

Not sure if there is an official way to bump! I really want to use more of the portal, but, this is stopping me...
I have a few fields like "Supplier" or other confidential bits that I don't want to share with my clients!
