Building on this, we can buy QR codes in bulk on a sticker roll. If we could assign a QR code (the content of the QR can be custom-made) to an asset so we don't have to generate or print individual ones, this would make onboarding(setup) of the linking QR codes and when needed scanning devices while on-site, and it instantly pulls up the asset, super easy to setup and super useful for getting quick info.
Furthering this, if we could selectivly allow a public page to these items with just a name of the item so an onsite user could tell us the name of a computer or printer that they are looking at this would make identifying devices through the user super easy!.
we could go even further on this from the user/public side of things, if once the user scans the QR, they can hit a button to identify which device their looking at so an admin can see that 'ping' on the device, may on the front page of the hudu instance so were not making the users look for serial numbers, they can just scan that QR and click that button to say 'this is the device im looking at' kinda deal.

Would be cool if a link to an article opened in the Hudu mobile app if possible when accessed from a mobile device.
