I have a process to create generic KB for a new customer based on the content of existing articles using the API. It would be nice to be able to flag these articles so that its obvious they haven't been updated with customer specific details yet. Once done the tech can remove the flag through the GUI

I would like to see added the ability for assets and articles to have their flags managed via API.
I want to be able to add/remove flags to assets/articles from the API.
This would let us use flags more flexibly, and integrate better with external systems.

This would be very valuable, considering I can't see a way to view all documents centrally in the GUI, or sort/auto-flag them by age. At this time you can easily get a list of documents over a certain age via the API, but can't flag them for review in the portal.
