Currently, SSL, domain, and expiration alerts fire at a preset time, which may not align with a user’s preferred notification schedule. This request is for the ability to adjust the time at which these alerts are triggered.
Requested Feature:
  1. Add a configuration setting to allow users to set a custom time for SSL, domain, and expiration alerts.
  2. Provide per-alert type settings so users can define different times for each type of alert.
  3. Option to choose between local server time or UTC when setting alert times.
