These roles can add individual records, but not bulk-add. Please allow them to do so.

Currently, you're only able to add KB Article folders to the external portal, but there is no way to add individual articles. It would be great to be able to add these individual articles without needing to reorganize them into folders.

Please allow portal members to utilize the browser extension to access the shared data stored in the external portal.

Integration information tied to a specific company currently must be manually added to that company's external portal. Hudu should automatically surface relevant integration data in the associated portal without requiring manual entry.

Portal members currently have no way to export their own data from the external portal. It would be helpful to add a self-service export option so clients can download their accessible records without needing admin involvement.

Please allow flags that are assigned in the CORE of Hudu to appear inside the External Portal.

We would like to request the ability to create Magic Dash Tiles within a company's External Portal via API.

We should have the option to create portal member users with JIT provisioning.

We would like the option for hyperlinks contained within asset fields to open in a new browser tab when accessed from the External Portal. Currently, links inside asset fields open in the same tab, which can cause external users to lose their place in the portal or have to navigate back manually.

Currently, shared assets that have been moved to the Museum are still visible in the client portal without any indication of their archived status. It would be helpful if: Assets in the Museum were either automatically hidden from the client portal, or Clearly flagged as “Museum/Archived” so clients can distinguish them from active assets. This would prevent confusion and ensure that clients only see up-to-date, active information.
