Can we expand office 365 integration to be able to pull tenants and details automatically from a single partner account (CSP and Indirect CSP) based on what the partner account has delegated access to?

Should be able to filter sync options. i.e. only sync licensed users or turn off sync for external users.

Having the ability to pull customer license information in for documentation of license totals, expiration dates, etc.

We need some way to create and edit network diagrams and flowcharts. Downloading a visio-file for editing and then uploading it again is too much hassle. Inplace editing of draw.io would be awesome!

I would like the ability to sync custom fields in Syncro with Hudu and have them stored in the asset card. For example, if a BitLocker key is stored in a custom field, this is important to document.

A connection to the Windows Active Directory or a possibility to connect different systems via LDAP would be very practical. The connection should be able to do the following: Password hash sync It would be nice if you could create a security group in AD, for example, and then use this group to limit access/login.

Be able to show ConnectWise tickets for a company. Also that it would allow tickets that are linked to a person or asset to show up in the asset or the contact card. For instance when looking at a desktop in Hudu we could see that that computer has had 4 tickets related to it in the past month (etc).
