Enhance/enforce KB article standard format by allowing to define a template the prefills all new KB articles (global or company). Example would be to have headings for Symptom, Expected Behavior, Resolution, etc

If I go to search for let's say a website, if I don't type in www it doesn't find anything. When will search be fixed?

Since the photos open in a new window, it would be more efficient if you could toggle through photos once open (side to side arrow, for example). Otherwise you must close and reopen from the main page each time to find what you're looking for.

I'd like to request the ability to add folders to the photos section. This would be useful for customers with multiple locations or multiple equipment racks on a campus.

The ability to select multiple photos at once and delete them would be excellent. If this ability could also be locked away requiring specific permission to do so.

Have the ability for users to have processes assigned to them, make it easy to see what is assigned to them and what is still outstanding.

The bulk edit option is only available for Admins, would make sense to allow this for Editor users.

Currently, Hudu's OTP secret fields for passwords appear to have a limit around 80 characters. Some services and security standards are starting to issue longer Base32 secrets for higher entropy and additional security measures. We are requesting the ability for OTP secret fields in Hudu password records to accept longer secrets, ideally up to 256 characters or more.

To have the logo we've add for the companies on the companies vault on the left collums.

It would be nice to be able to group/categorize passwords into folders.
