The ability to create different alerts for separate companies and asset types would be incredibly powerful.
For example, a contact expiration alert being distinct from a backup verification alert. On top of that, being able to have both of those assets alert differently for separate companies. Right now, all those assets and more are treated as one when creating an alert.
The attached image shows how this could work. When "Alert for only Asset Expiration" is selected, drop down menus could appear for "Asset Type" and "Company." Then you could either leave them set to all, or choose something specific.
Our use case would be to utilize webhooks to generate Zendesk tickets specific to the asset and company automatically. This would allow us to automate the process of creating different kinds of tickets and save us a lot of time.
