It would be nice if you could search folders. For example, if you have your employee manual separated by section and it's all in one folder, simply typing "employee manual" would bring up the whole folder.

i want to be able to search the name of the folder instead of knowing what the article is called, not always do we include say "productname" in the KB name.

With many articles having generic names such as 'Implementation Guide', it would be a great feature to be able to search up the folder name e.g. Microsoft Defender.
Preferably another column adjacent to the other five search categories with Folders.

I was surprised to learn that I could not search for a folder. With the volume of data we add, it would certainly be helpful to do that.

Search needs to return folder results as well. Currently a bunch of extra clicks are needed to navigate around folders.
