Move Process to another Asset (non-template)

If a Process is created and updated in the wrong location it cannot be moved to the correct location and a new process must be created instead. Ideally we should be able to move the Process to another Asset in the same way we can move KB articles to different folders and between Companies.

The new process system in v2.41 (currently in beta) partially accomplishes this. You'll be able to assign a process run to a different asset, however the asset does need to be in the company the process run is in.
