YES THIS. IMHO I believe its not a good practice in general, to make users enter passwords on phones. Either you end up with short insecure passwords, or nobody uses your app and it becomes useless.
In the short term - just don't F with paste! let us paste our passwords in and be responsible for our own security on our phones. Maybe add a 'paste from clipboard' button that pastes the password and then erases the clipboard. Add a warning about being aware of your phones clipboard history.
In the long term - maybe add a QR based pairing process to connect your phone with your Hudu instance? I know thats easier said than done when working with this level of security requirements. I would just love to, for once, have an MSP tool which can actually utilize mobile devices effectively. Everyones mobile app just seems to be a wrapper for their web interface.
Just my 2 cents. Our MSP is a brand new Hudu user, migrating from IT Glue. We love Hudu so far and it would be great to see the mobile app become easier to use.

I agree. My Dashlane password manager app does not easily integrate with the username and password on mobile. It does work on my browser from a desktop experience perspective.
Biometrics integration would be nice and also I feel like the session logs out way to fast on the mobile app.

I‘m not really using their app because it lacks a lot of features and sometimes it won’t show embedded images in KB articles. They will need some more time to imporve it. But passwort fill and paste for login works great on iOS.
I personally use the mobile view by adding the web portal to the homescreen. This gives you an almost native app experience.
