Also joining the bandwagon that the state of an Asset at the Source of Truth isn't represented here. If the asset comes from RMM, and we retire it in RMM, it should be Museum'd in Hudu. NinjaOne user here. Very disappointed this request has been here for nearly five years!

HaloPSA is the source of truth for Hudu. When our RMM and Intune sync's with HaloPSA, and tells it to deactivate an asset, we'd like Hudu to auto-archive that device. It will remove manual steps from our workflow and keep our Hudu assets tidy and current.

This function is really a “must have”. (Ninja One)
Especially at the time from Win10 to Win11, we swap hundreds of devices.
This requires even more work and, if you're not careful, with the current stress, leads to massive mistakes.
